Two major European publishers signed a publishing deal for HeatWave, the first racing game by Nemesys Team Studio. Russia-based Noviy Disk will release the game in the CIS region and Ukraine, while Poland-based City Interactive will publish the game in Central and Eastern Europe. Nemesys Team welcomes its two new international partners and looks forward to the cooperation.
We have just got back from San Francisco: our sales and management heads participated in the Game Connection Event, while our technical director, Péter Balogh immersed in the techmosphere of the Game Developers Conference. The sales team had great meetings with our contacts and they also established new connections with prestigious companies, including Atari, Nintendo and Midway. We received very good feedback for our new game projects, Ignite and Fortix. GDC was a major step for us in terms of our international recognition, too: there are a number of serious negotiations underway with potential clients for our products.
We are happy to announce that Nemesys Team will participate in the upcoming Game Connection event to be held in Lyon, France, between Nov. 5 and 7.
We are coming with brand new materials, shiny screenshots, videos and more from our undergoing game development projects HeatWave 2 and Terra Galactica. Prepare for outstanding business opportunities, excellent coffee and hard negotiations.
We released 16 new screenshots in the Heat Wave gallery to give you a feel of speed. The shots were all taken during races and you can see the high-pressure atmosphere of the game.
The development of Heat Wave 2 started with the latest build of N3 engine. The second part of the Heat Wave series will even be more spectacular in graphics and much more exciting to play. With all the experiences we gathered during the development of the first game, and with new ideas that come up but due to strict design guidelines could not be implemented previously, Heat Wave 2 will be treat for car aficionados.
We put together a small scene from HW2 to showcase the game for publishers in GCDC, Leipzig. We will soon upload a video as well, but for now here are some screenshots. Take a look at them at the screenshots section in the under development section.
Nemesys Studio is proud to present some screenshots from our upcoming game Terra Galactica. The screenshots display a normal mapped indoor area with some machinery as "furnishing".
Glassfish Games once again turned to us with their latest kiddy game Pranksters 3D to develop an Advergame version for international household chemicals maker Henkel. The deadline was tight, but Nemesys Team Studio took the challenge and with some extra hours (and weekends) worked plus lots of coffee consumed, we delivered the product on time. Since then, Henkel has produced and distributed over 30 000 copies, without any user complaints.
Nemesys Team Studio has successfully completed the outsource job on Glassfish games' Pranksters 3D. The game was shipped with the N2 engine of our part. The game is our first success story in supporting game development teams with high class 3D game engine, at competitive prices.
